Before Practice	2-Person Passing (Right to Right, Left to Left)
15 min	Star Passing Make sure girls are catching and throwing on the run Have several balls at each cone, girls in the back chase
20 min	Hammer Drill https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Cm8St8wEqQ 1 on 1 with Goalie Place 3 balls around the arc 1 Attacker scoops up the ball in sequence and defender plays
5 min	Water Break
15 min	Cradling Drills Standing in place cradle with body protection defender tries to stick check Cradling low to high
10 min	London Bridge Drill https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QH3QtVzwnqY 3 players low, scoop through, protect stick 1 person is ground ball, 2nd person builds bridge, for person to go under, 3rd person tries to stick check
10 min	4 offense vs 5 defense Run Camel, look to pass
5 min	Arc Shooting
