5 Min Active Stretching
  • Goal, Swax Lax, Bucket Balls, Cones
  • Ground Balls
  • Clearing
16 min Stretching
  • Calves
  • Hamstring
  • Hips
  • Quads

Running

  • High Knees
  • Bounding
10 Min 3 man bunch on crease, gb pass-pass shot
  • 3 second drill, scoop, pass, pass shoot
  • bunch up in front of the crease, gently roll out the ball
  • guys talk "ball", "one more", "shot"
10 Min Odd Man GB, No slap checks
  • Man/Ball, and pass to the other player
  • Cannot slap check, can only play for the ball or lift stick
5 Min Play bailouts
  • Too many times we ran plays and shot, lost position and went to the other end for a goal
  • If we run a play, we need to have bailout guys
  • 53 and 32 is through X (X guy must be running to the same side the ball ends up)
  • 21 and 12 we can redirect it back to the other side
10 Min 32 revision
  • Draw your man high, dodge with a pick in 3 spot alley, stack the left and pop top/low/middle, X guy break out to right side for bailout
10 Min 21 and 12 review
  • Run through attack on offense
  • Run through middies (clear through on dodge side, mirror with middle guy, cut with opposite)
10 Min Deuce 2 man re-dodge from behind

15 Min Clears
  • Quick Strike: Look to where the shot came from
  • 4:3 Clear
  • Stack and Slide
    • Banana cut two defenders
    • Sub the LSM with a middie going over the mid line
    • Bring 3 attack higher in a triangle in the middle
    • Bring two middies off box side, and defender box side near the mid line
    • At about 8 seconds
      • Outside non box side middle mavericks
      • defender and two middies run towards the middle
      • If ball is over thrown, attack picks it up
