Stations
Station 1: Defensive Pushes
This drill teaches players how to properly position their feet when playing defense and how to push to funnel out with the top and bottom hands of the stick.
- Demonstrate proper short stick and long stick defensive posture
- Play with your feet don't over commit, contain
- Demonstrate the Vcheck when the attacker is going towards your strong hand
- Demonstrate the bottom hand push check when the attacker is going towards the week hand
- Work on funneling your man out of the shooting zone
- Have two lines and work 1 on 1 for each skill
Station 2: Face Offs
- Foot Position
- Racking out to the side

Sliding & Recover
Two Man Slides:
- Sliding at GLE - first slide from crease, second from wing and he hits the crease, guy that gets beat recovers to the crease
- Sliding above GLE - first guy slides, second guy replaces first guy, guy that got beat goto the third guys man
