Sliding & Recover Two Man Slides:

  • Sliding at GLE - first slide from crease, second from wing and he hits the crease, guy that gets beat recovers to the crease
  • Sliding above GLE - first guy slides, second guy replaces first guy, guy that got beat goto the third guys man

Face Off

  • Hands on the stick should be shoulder width apart
  • 2 stances
    • athletic stance: left foot close to the line, right foot or knee a foot behind the ball
    • Knee down: left foot on the line, put your knee down head towards the ball, knee is about a foot behind the ball, elbow touching your right knee down leg
  • Right Hand Crushes, Left hand is for speed - two choices (low and hard, up and hard)
  • Turn your whole body when you crush and power clamp
  • If you lose the clamp:
    • Jam - Don't go for the Ball push head with your shaft and shaft rack it out
    • Laser - Turn your head sweep the ball out under the clamp
    • Fish Hook - Neutral Grip (right hand not over the top, regular throwing position) and Standing, Separate your hands, put the left hand down on the ground, move your right hand stick and use the plastic to lift straight up
