  • Quick shooting in front of cage
  • Use cones on either side of crease with balls, each line cuts and feeds
  • Put buckets about 2 yards in front of goal
  • One line cuts and the other feeds and quick shots
  • variation: make it a 45 degree angle and feed from down low
