10 Min Paint the Pipe Shooting
10 Min Stand Shooting
  • Above the 5 and 5 put a pile of balls
  • With both feet parallel stand with your stick straight out
  • Turn and step and shoot
10 Min Feed from X to a step down shooter
10 Min Two Ball Passing
20 Min Tennis Ball Shooting on Goalie
  • Shooting on run: Alley, Sweep
  • Skip Pass GLE
10 Min Dodging - Shake School
  • Setting up 1v1 Drill
  • * Station 1: Single Leg bounding - in a wide to narrow funnel (transition stick left to right to one hand)
  • * Station 2: Fill the container - (cone rectangle, stay feet shoulder with apart, try to get tons of steps
  • * Station 3: Shoot - Over 2 hurdles (work left to right and then shoot)
