5 Min Active Stretching
5 Min Ladder into Side Shuffle Run
  • Place 3 cones 5 yards apart
  • Kid starts in the middle, starting sideways, turn hips, run and touch the cone
  • Turn back touch the middle cone, then run back to the first
  • Then sprint to the 3rd cone, touch and return to the middle
  • Then back to the 3rd, touch then sprint to the first cone

45 Min Half field play
