1 v 1 GB Turn Hips Side Run

  • Have two lines of kids
  • On either side of the line, have 4 cones going out in a straight line
  • Coach is in the middle of the two lines about 8 yards away
  • Kids face the coach on the whistle they must turn their hips, run down the line of cones, then turn back the other way, meet in the middle
  • Coach rolls out a ground ball, kids fight for it, then whoever wins it clears it past the coach
