* Goal is to work through as many clears and rides without having guys standing around&lt;br /&gt;

* Team 1 has defense on one side of field, Team 2 has attack&lt;br /&gt;
* Put all middies on the sideline in the middle&lt;br /&gt;
* Other end of the field Team 1 has attack, team 2 has defense&lt;br /&gt;
* Ball starts with 3 middies per team going in, fake shot and clear vs ride&lt;br /&gt;
* Once ball passes midline, turns into 6v6 with all middies running down. (If ride wins, then give the ball to the middies and they go)&lt;br /&gt;
* Cycle in next group of middies and rotate defense and attack&lt;br /&gt;
* go for about 10 min then switch team roles&lt;br /&gt;
