* Touch the cone with your top hand&lt;br /&gt;
* Variant: Throw a tennis ball at the goalie to save&lt;br /&gt;

* Take a shot, get a rebound or GB and making a pass on the run&lt;br /&gt;

* Bottom hand punches out to aid in quick rotation&lt;br /&gt;
