* The coach stands with balls above the restraining line
* This is a 4v4 up to 5v5 ground ball drill
* Place cones around the restraining lines and have 1 player from each team at the cones
* Players start on either their stomachs or with the backs to the coach
* The coach rolls the ball out and blows the whistle
* Players battle for the ball, the winning team, breaks to daylight and passes to the coach
* The coach immediately throws the ball back in play and the kids battle for the ball
* The team that wins the 2nd ground ball will be the offensive team and will go to goal to try and score
