This drill works on passing 1 handed with both the right and left hand
* Have the kids partner up
* 1 kid gives his stick to the other kid, so 1 kid has two sticks
* The kid without the stick throws a ball at the other kid, the kid switches from catching with right hand and left hand
* The kid then passes back to the other kid with the hand they caught with
* Note: Variation is to use tennis balls if a kid cant throw 1 handed
