Time Drill
5 Min Active Stretching
20 Min 1-2-3-5 Passing

This drill promotes good ball movement around the cage with the Noke Offense

  • Position 4 lines at the 1-2-3-5 positions
  • 5 and 3 should be about 15 yards up from GLE around the box
  • Swing the ball around the goal with 5 and 3 driving and dumping, and 1 and 2 closing the gap in for the ball
  • Have the kids call out the area number as the ball moves around


10 Min Noke Offense
  • Numbers and Areas on the field
  • Crease positioning
  • 5-1, 5-3 - Dodging with a purpose, get to the far pipe, if you don't win the dodge dump to 2
  • 2-1 and 1-2 - aka yellow
5 Min Water
20 Min 3 and 5 drive to the goal
  • Put 2 defense in the middle of the field
  • Add 2 attack behind the cage
  • Have two lines at the top of the box in the alleys
  • Have these guys dodge and go down the alley
  • Look to take a shot if not hit 1 or 2 and redirect
20 Min 2 on 2 with 2 feeders

Goal is to practice the 2 crease men working together.

  • Put a goalie in the net
  • Put two feeders behind the goal on either side
  • Have a single ball, the feeders can pass to each other
  • Have 2 offense and 2 defense in front of the net
  • The 2 offense must work together to get open to get a feed from a feeder
  • Picks, repick
