  • Defense work on footwork, talking, and containing
  • Ride and Clear
10 Min RDU Warmup - Star Drill
10 Min RDU Warmup - 4 v 3 Dragons
Noon to 12:10 Combined Team Talk
  • Both teams are here to make each other better
  • Play fair but competitive
  • All the coaches don't care who wins or loses, we are practicing to help each other for tournaments
12:15 to 1:15 Scrimmage
  • Two 25 minute halves running time
  • 5 minute halftime
