10 Min Quarter Back Line Drills
  • Over the should right, then left
  • Straight route, running while passing
  • Out, fake left, go right
  • Out, fake right, go left
10 Min 14 set passing
  • 14 set longer passes
  • pass pass dodge


10 Min Skeleton offense vs Amigo
  • Cover the hole
  • Lock adjacents and pressure the ball (heavy but not over committing)
10 Min Stations: Faceoff, Goalie, Defensive Drill

Tom - Faceoff Drill

Marcus - Goalie

  • Face wall bounce Tennis balls off the wall
  • Outside Shooting

Mikey and Dave - Defensive Drill

Drill: 3 v 2 starts with an approach, 3rd dodge we start to double

  • offense is in a triangle, two defenders in the middle
  • Offense passes the ball, waits for the approach then dodges, rolls back and passes
  • On the 3rd dodge we double the ball to work on approaches and doubles

1v1 Z post up drills to work on footwork

10 Min 1v1 + Picker
  • Do a 1 v 1 but with a picker, put a goalie in goal use tennis balls
  • When defender goes under the pick shoot
10 Min 3v3 on the side
  • Always have a guy on the side getting a pass, he feeds, shoot on the picks or feed
15 Min Drill: 2 v 1 buildup and second rep of 5 v 4
  • Offense must score 4 goals to win
  • Offense has 5 chances to score 4 goals
20 Min 6 v 6
