Minutes Drill Information
6:00 to 6:15 Meatloaf Passing Drill

  • Divide players into six groups: two rows with three lines in each, facing each other
  • Start in the bottom left corner, throwing the ball to top left.
  • Players will catch, switch hands, and move the ball to the person in the middle, passing in the shape of a W


6:15 to 6:25 Rides and Clears
6:25 to 6:30 Water
6:30 to 6:45 Rhythm passing drill
  • Use 5 cones
  • Setup the cones in a box with a middle cone. Off the middle cone we go 6-10 yards out
  • Kids stand on the middle cone, cut towards a cone and receive the pass
  • Catch on the outside, cradle, turn and make the pass


6:45 to 6:55 Play Review
  • Review new lines
  • Setup in Red
  • Run Iroquois
  • Run Gold
6:55 to 7:00 Water
7:00 to 7:15 Fast Breaks
  • Quinn, Pressley, Brennan, Luke Bell on Defense
7:15 to 7:25 Faceoff Review
  • Make sure Jacob runs faceoffs
7:25 to 7:35 Game Warmup Shooting Drill
7:35 to 7:40 Water
