Tryouts are 1 hour and 15 min. We will have two stations for evaluations.

Split group into 2024 and 2025, they spend 7 min at each station.

<u>Station 1: Scooping, Cradling, Dodging, Shot into bucket</u>
* Setup Cones around the field
* Have a bunch of balls for kids to scoop through and then dodge cones
* At the end they try to make a shot into the bucket
* Repeat

Split group into 2024 and 2025, they spend 10 min at each station.

<u>Station 1: 2 v 2 Escalation</u>
* Form two lines, one near the midline, the other off to the side at GLE
* Split kids offense and defense at each of the lines
* Put a goalie in the cage
* Goalie picks up a ball, passes to a defender, who then passes to the offensive guy
* Players play 1 v 1, after the shot, goalie passes to the top line defender, and repeat with a 2 v 2
* Kids rotate as both offense and defense
