* 3rd Goalie or rotation of 4 kids
* Four Kids running faceoffs - Aidan, Connor B, Hayden, Owen, Zach - First couple of practices 1 hour faceoffs
* Team to play at any position, feel comfortable playing at X, defense, at the top etc
* Name different area of the fields, give kids a map of the field names
* 2 Set Clears, 2/3 transitional clears (Dave to come up clears)
* Rides - 3 rides (Tom to come up with the rides)
* Team Defense - Teach Controlled Heavy, Sloughed in Defense, Backer Zone, How to properly double team, Better point guy defense on fast breaks or transition
* Shooting
* Proper Defensive approach, how to throw checks, Lift from under the elbow to armpit
* Face off wing play
* Basketball with a small ball
* Backside picking and offball picking, seal off the slide on a pick
* First couple of practices do alot of the basics, catching and throwing, dodging

* Rowan - Better stick skills, Long Pole in his hands, footwork and positioning
* Patrick B - Over commits and unnecessarily doubles, Work on clears from the back
* Jonas - Run with his head up, look to be a point guard, draw and dump
* Connor B - GB's with two hands on his stick, work on not over committing on defense
* Jaxon - Taking shots, figure out why he's scared of making mistakes he plays too conservative, dodging and dumping
* Hayden - Shooting and calm down, settle it, be more tactical, work on face offs
* Owen - Stick skills, and passing on the run, looking for the open guys
* AJ - conditioning, a new stick, drawing and dumping, when is the right time to shoot
* Grayson - sticks skills, confidence the ball, skittish learn to calm down, pass at the wrong time, learn to be settled, midfield defense
* Luke M - Dodging fundamentals
