Minutes	Drill Information
Before Practice	2-Person Passing (Right to Right, Left to Left)
25 min	Star Passing Make sure girls are catching and throwing on the run Have several balls at each cone, girls in the back chase
10 min	Cradling on the run and groundball Two lines about 40 yards apart Roll the ball to the girl on the opposite side Scoop and cradle for about 10 yards, drop ball for next line
10 min	How to Beat a Double Team Discuss with the girls what a double team is Show them off ball movement to help out with the double
5 min	Water Break
10 min	2 Stations Station 1: Working on the Draw* Jess, Graylan, Maddie, Lily, Bailey, Daphne, Lilah Coach Brittany works with them on the draw, how to pop correctly and positioning for the other 2 middies Station 2: Shooting on the run* Jill is on goal, girls form single line, scoop up a ground ball and shoot on cage
20 min	Combine with younger girls, run West Genny Two sets of kids stand back to back, ball in middle, blow the whistle kids fight for it, second whistle shark comes
