Mule Drill

This is a 4v4 drill which incorporates GB, 4v4, and Lock Off Drill

Put a goalie in cage
Divide kids evenly into two different colors
Place 1 of each color at the 4 corners
Roll a ball and a 1v1 GB happens, whoever wins the GB is on offense
The 3 off ball defense "lock on" their man. This forces the 3 other offensive players to work hard at getting open
Each of the 4 offensive players must touch the ball before going to cage
Offense must look to set picks and work together to get open
Make it competitive, offense gets 10 points for scoring, defense gets 5 for stopping play
