Core Values
- Everything Matters - take care of the little details
- Mental Toughness - beat a man to the end line
- Always compete - keep score of everything they do
- Accountable to one another and self - Call each other out when not working hard
- Implement some rules, like 1 pushup for 1 handed GB
- 5 push ups if you didnt get to the middle of the field
- 3 push ups if you rake the ball etc
