Step Down Shooting Explanation
- Fast Feet, Quiet hands, Quick Release
- Feet are set and ball comes off a pass, goalie has to move and transition from one point to another.
- Shot isn't as fast as you can, but to catch and release quickly
- Quickly catch the pass by ear, not that many cradles
- Feet and shoulders are aligned with the target
- Demonstrate

- Two Lines at Top at alleys
- One guy at GLE
- Two cones 15 yards from goal 6 feet apart in center
- Balls up top, first guy picks up ball feeds low GLE guy
