1 on 1 Cuts
A drill designed to help kids cut to get open, and the covered player to catch a ball while under pressure.
- Put a goalie in the goal
- Put balls and A behind the goal
- Top of the box, have a defensive line and and an offensive line
- On whistle the top offensive guy, v cuts and attempts to get open
- The Attack man navigates to either side and looks to feed the cutter
- After the play is over rotate players
