GB Swarm
- Put a goalie in net
- Divide the players into 2 teams (light and dark)
- The coach stands with balls above the restraining line
- This is a 4v4 up to 5v5 ground ball drill
- Place cones around the restraining lines and have 1 player from each team at the cones
- Players start on either their stomachs or with the backs to the coach
- The coach rolls the ball out and blows the whistle
- Players battle for the ball, the winning team, breaks to daylight and passes to the coach
- The coach immediately throws the ball back in play and the kids battle for the ball
- The team that wins the 2nd ground ball will be the offensive team and will go to goal to try and score

Stations: Man Up & Pop Out
Station 1: Man Up
- Run Play
- Middle attack face the ball, stick tight, run a few steps toward the guy with the ball
- Swing it fast around the goal, don't switch hands
Station 2: Pop Out Drill
Angle & Pop Out Drill with Soccer Goals
This drill helps kids understand why popping out as an adjacent pass receiver and getting a proper angle for the pass is important.
- Locate 1 or 2 soccer goals depending on the number of players you have
- Create two lines on either side of the goal
- One player with the ball runs to one side of the goal and the other player on the opposite side needs to pop out on the same side and receive a pass
- The player receiving the pass, passes to the first guy in his line and goes to the back. The player who made the first pass now is the new receiver

Quick Hitch Bounce Shot Drill
- Need 2 Cones and 1 ladder or a Hector the Rejector covering the top 2/3rds of the goal
- Fold Ladder up so two or three rungs are showing and place 1 foot in front of the net
- Put cones 10 yards in front of cage and 10 yards to the side (in the alley)
- Line kids up at midline, get ground ball, sprint towards cone, studder step and hitch dodge keeping stick in the same hand
- As you get closer to the cage bounce shoot and try to get it inside the ladder rungs
