10 Min Skeleton offense vs Amigo
  • Cover the hole
  • Lock adjacents and pressure the ball (heavy but not over committing)
10 Min Stations: Faceoff, Goalie, Defensive Drill

Marcus - Goalie

  • Face wall bounce Tennis balls off the wall
  • Outside Shooting

Mikey and Dave - Defensive Drill

Drill: 3 v 2 starts with an approach, 3rd dodge we start to double

  • offense is in a triangle, two defenders in the middle
  • Offense passes the ball, waits for the approach then dodges, rolls back and passes
  • On the 3rd dodge we double the ball to work on approaches and doubles
