Pressure Cutting Drill and Shooting
- Both Sides of the cage
- Have a feeder at X (2 attack on either side of goal)
- Cutter lines from the Alley's with chasers 1 step behind (setup cones)
- Switch to cutters on left and right with chasers 2 steps behind (setup cones)

Continuous 3 v 3 or 4 v 4 with Pink Balls
- Goalies play the field
- Any kid can jump in goal with their short stick (so it turns into a 3v2, 4v3)

Survivor Drill
- 3 v 3, one guy at x, two guys up top
- Start with an alley dodge
- Force the slide, second slide, recover
- Ball gets to X, Slide and double, etc
- Teach the defenders how to get beat and recover say the term "away"
- Play at 3 quarters speed
- Once all 3 offensive guys dodge it turns into a 3 v 3

How to Double the Ball
- Camel
- Why to double
- force a turnover
- stop the ball carrier
- dictate where the offensive guy goes
- A double is not a slide, its a planned effort in a prime situation
- When to double
- With two guys in the back, far from the goal
- When the offensive guy turns his back its time to double
- Make sure the ball carrier can't see you, double at the back of the helmet
- How to double
- Good approach, stop body, opposite shoulder as the other defender
- Other Defenders
- Look to slide to pickup the offensive guy whose man doubled
Drill: Double Team practice drill
- One offensive player
- Two defensive players
- Drives down the alley, turns his back, force the double
- Can do this as a 3v3 to work on second slide
