Midfield Plant and Shoot

- Have your midfielders get together
- Have two lines at the top of the box, put balls on one side
- Line without the ball cuts towards the goal and center at a diagonal, the player runs with their stick forward
- The ball line throws a pass, the receiver plants and in one motion, stops turns back, switches hands, and turns again and shoots. This can also be called the rocker shot
- Repeat from both sides
