10 Min | 3 on 3 Midfield Lock On Drill
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jV9FYV_jXnc A great drill to work on when your middies fail to get to the midline and ride against clearing middies. This teaches them to run back to the midline and then lock on their man, when a pass is made, the must get back to the hole and recover.

10 Min | 4 Man Ground Ball into a 3v3
This drill was invented by Paul Myers. The goal of the drill is to reward the player who wins the ground ball with the opportunity to play offense. Defensively, this drill helps players drop back to the hole quickly and to find a man to cover.

10 Min | John Hopkins 3v2 Challenge
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ivm2d55bOY8 Great competition drill that teaches soft hands on offense and quick ball movement.
The losing team has to do extra pushups or sprints

5 Min | Water |
15 Min | Ultimate Lacrosse
Think “ultimate frisbee” with lacrosse sticks-- players are only allowed to take three steps with the ball before they must pass. If they don’t pass within three seconds of stopping, they turn the ball over to the other team.
