10 Min	Blocker Pad Ground Ball Need three parents with blocker pads Line of kids, parent drops ball in front of blocker pad Step 1: Box Out - kid runs up turns and boxes out and gets ground ball Step 2: Run through - kid runs and tries to scoop with protection Parent lightly bumps them under pressure
15 Min	2 Man Game Principles and Reads Shooting Percentage is higher when assisted Shooting percentage is higher when your stick is in the middle Assist Rates go up 28% off a pick Assist Rates go up when dodging from the wing or X Easier to draw two guys with picking rather thank dodging and drawing a slide
10 Min	Survivor Drill 3 v 3, one guy at x, two guys up top Start with an alley dodge Force the slide, second slide, recover Ball gets to X, Slide and double, etc Teach the defenders how to get beat and recover say the term "away" Play at 3 quarters speed Once all 3 offensive guys dodge it turns into a 3 v 3
