West Genny

The classic 3 on 2 near full field drill

Place two goals approx 50 to 70 yards apart
Divide your team into two groups (equally distributing defenders)
Put two goalies in the cages
On each side of the field make 3 lines
Place a large amount of balls in the crease around the goal and at each side of the midline
One team starts with the ball, the goalie clears to one kid and 3 kids go down the field
On the other side of the field 2 defenders setup in an I formation
Players play on 3 on 2 until scored or saved
New groups of kids go out
Note: Variation is to do a 3 man weave
Note: Variation is to have a single line of players to the right side of each cage and the defensive players play offense with a single kid coming out from the right side.
