Triangle Passing Drill
This drill is meant to be an alternative to line drills and gets many touches for kids passing and catching.
- Have your kids get in groups of 3
- Have the kids form a triangle
- Kids should pass and catch with the outside hand
- Kids should slightly move their feet when catching and throwing
- After 5-10 minutes reverse the direction
- Note: Variation is to roll out a "Money Ball" if the kids get a full rotation, coach has to do a push up, if not they do
