Time Drill
5 Min Active Stretching
10 Min 3-2-1 Swing it
15 Min Goalie Free Ride with Parents Clearing
5 Min Water
10 Min Revenge 1 on 1 Ride Drill
  • Put a goalie in the cage
  • Cone off a sideline and a restraining line
  • Lineup defense and offense at the end line
  • Defense grabs a ball and tries to run up field, must stay inside the lines
  • When the defensive player hits the box line, drops the ball and it turns into a 1v1
  • Riding guy works on pushing him out or stalling him


10 Min Short Passes on the run
  • Prepare for pick and roll and slip
10 Min Pick and Roll & Pick and Slip
5 Min Water
10 Min Team Defense
  • Defend the Hole inside out
  • On-Ball defenders have one responsiblity to contain the ball carrier.
  • Off-Ball worry about protecting the hole while keeping an eye on the assigned player and prepare to cover open players in the hole
  • Play 5 on 5 3 cone drill
10 Min 4 on 4 with Missions
  • 2 out of 3 players must set off-ball picks
  • 2 on ball picks
