Notre Dame Whirlpool Passing Drill
Notre Dame Whirlpool Drill
- Use as many goals as you can
- 6 Person Drill, form 3 lines, 2 at X, 2 at GLE about 10 yards away from the goal, and 2 at the top of the alley opposite the GLE guy
- The top Alley guy starts with the ball, does a corner dodge toward the goal and makes a pass to the guy at x
- The guy behind gives an outlet pass, presenting stick in the air hitting the guy on the run to the opposite side of the goal
- The GLE guy cuts down the center crease receives a pass from the X guy and then passes back to the Alley top line

Salisbury Attack Bull Dodge Shooting
Salisbury Attack Bull Dodge
- No goalie and line kids up behind the goal in two lines (1)
- Setup cones as shown in the image, creating a lane in the back
- Kids run through the lane, choose a side, then split or roll dodge (2)
- They run to the other side of the field, towards the outside cone (3)
- They stutter or rocker step with their stick on the outside, the turn to the middle and shoot (4)
- Kids should go in a continual format

- Put one line of kids at the 3 position
- Put one kid at GLE in the 2 position
- Run a 32, with the GLE kid clearing through, and looking at the ball
- Player from top can shoot or pass to shoot

4 Point Shooting Drill
4 Point Shooting Drill Setup
- This drill focuses on getting the ball in and out of your stick as quickly as possible
- Setup 4 cones in a semi-circle around the cage. You take 3 shots around the perimeter.
- Shot 1: Backside Shot - Simple look at the back pipe (on the crease quick ball fake) - Run towards the cone
- Shot 2: Outside Shot from 7/8 yards - Run around the cone
- Shot 3: Outside shot from 12/13 yards - Run around the cone
- Shot 4: Cut Down the Middle to work on ball Fake
- Feed from Position 5 - Each player gets 4 shots
