5 Min Active Stretching
10 Min Spoke Drill
10 Min 5 on a Die Drill
  • Setup 5 cones like a dice
  • Have kids start defense at X, run to each cone, big big little little, then turn and recover to the hole
  • Go through all the cones
5 Min Water
10 Min Defense Slide & Recover
