10 Min Passing Warmup
  • Diamond Passing
  • Line Drills
5 Min Water
30 Min Divide 2027 Up
  • West Genny 3v2 or 4v3
  • Full field clears and rides into a 6 v 6 short whistle
30 Min Numbers
  • Two lines of kids in different colored jersey
  • Call out numbers "43", "54" etc
30 Min Highlander 5v4
  • 2 attack, 1 defender on both sides
  • 3 middies each team
  • Win FO and go to goal
20 Min Patton Drill

Works on Ground Balls and unsettled situations

  • Split kids into 2 teams
  • The drill can be run with 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 players
  • Put a team on each side of the box at the top of the box
  • Put a goalie in net
  • Roll a ball out and kids fight for the ball
  • The winning team is on offense and gets another player added
  • The GB losing team must play with a man down, creating an unsettled situation
  • Players play until a goal or a clear

  • Two lines of each color in a square
30 Min 6 v 6, 5 v 5, 4 v 4
