    • RUn back to the hole instead of attacking the ball
    • Vcheck and Bottom Hand check and funnel out of the middle

Goals: Offensive and Defensive Skill Work

6:05 - 6:10
6:10 - 6:15 Pivot Foot Drill
  • Break kids up with partners
  • Give them one ball, have one kid behind the other
  • Drop the ball in front of them, and have the kids establish a pivot game
  • If stick is in the right hand, pivot with left foot
  • Keep the ball away from the man for 30 seconds
