Station 1: Goalie Drills
Goalie Step DrillsIn this drill we practice the 3 different types of steps goalies do (arcs, step diagonally forward, lateral step).
Goalie practices steps through each station placing stick by ball on each. Between each ball, goalie resets and drives to the next ball. Goalie goes left to right on all 3 stations.
Station 2: Line Drills Makes sure kids are choking up catching with the weak hands and cradling on the run
