5 Min Active Stretching

  • LSM
  • Pull defender off, put middie in the middle, wait for the guy to run off, run from the middle
  • On the Ride, have attack go over the line, make sure a middie stays back - Yell Middie back
  • Thunder
5 Min Practice Timeout
  • Divide Coaches with Offense, Defense, Goalie
  • One or Two concise statements, 1 coach talks
