- 5 cones positioned around the net, top near the box
- Player should pop-out or pop towards the ball to mimic getting open
- Move the ball around the net, catch on the outside, turn, switch hands and pass on the outside
- Move your feet to get ready to receive the ball
- Run to the line you pass to
- Quicker we move the ball the tougher the defense can recover
- Receive the pass, one or two craddles, then make accurate pass
- Variation: Use a long pole as a limbo GB, coach places ball, player drops their ball

Stations: Man Down & Chocking Up Passing
Station 1: Defense and Middies - Man Down
- All Middies Practice the Box and 1
- Slide from the crease and 2 man furthest from ball slides and get the middle
Station 2: Chocking Up Passing and Shooting
- Have the kids be in groups of two, pass 5 times with chocked up sticks
- Shoot on the 5th pass

Defensive Lock Down 3 Man Press (ball-1-2 press)
- Show kids how to do the 3 man press against a 2-3-1 and 3-2-1
- Kids should continue to call out numbers, all 1's lock on their man and run hip to hip
- Have a shadow offense work with the defense

- Split up attack and 1 middie line, defense and the other middie line
- After 5 min rotate the middies
