5 Min Active Stretching
10 Min Fast Breaks
15 min Tim's Ground Ball Drill
5 Min Water
15 Min New Play Black
10 Min Roll away from pressure, pass to weakside drill
  • From the top, middies run down the alley and shoots or coaches can double and make the player roll away and look to pass to an adjacent
5 Min Water
30 Min Modified 5 on 5 full field
  • Have middie lines run together and 1 attack and 1 defense on the same team
  • Substitute 3 off by middie line, or 3 attack, or 3 defense to keep kids playing with who they are next to the field
  • Goals can only be scored off one of the following actions
    • Pick either on-ball or off-ball
    • Trigger
    • Successfully completing "swing it" around the goal
    • ISO on a short stick defender
  • Turnover if you catch or throw without moving
