Roll away from pressure, pass to weakside drill
- From the top, middies run down the alley and shoots or coaches can double and make the player roll away and look to pass to an adjacent

Modified 5 on 5 full field
- Have middie lines run together and 1 attack and 1 defense on the same team
- Substitute 3 off by middie line, or 3 attack, or 3 defense to keep kids playing with who they are next to the field
- Goals can only be scored off one of the following actions
- Pick either on-ball or off-ball
- Trigger
- Successfully completing "swing it" around the goal
- ISO on a short stick defender
- Turnover if you catch or throw without moving
