Goalie: 3 Cone Shuffle

  • Setup 3 cones, with the outer cones 6 feet apart (mimics a goal width)
  • Without a stick, Start on center cone, in ready position, top thumb at eyeball level
  • Footwork to the right, touch cone, shuffle to the left touch far cone
  • get back to center and expect a shot and react to a ball being passed
