  • Fast and Competitive
  • Positive only
10 Min Star Drill - Wide
20 Min Offense Skeleton Work
  • Zero and Morph Sets
10 Min Defense - Heavy and 3 Man
  • 1 v 1 work
  • Goal is to contain and be patient
  • Gaunlet drill no stick then stick with a ball
10 Min 5 on dice drill north/south east/west
10 Min 6 on 6
  • Clears and Rides
  • Middies up top to rotate, start with a whistle, guy with chaser
  • Second whistle next group of 4 go
  • Stop the break and turn into 6v6
  • Play to goal or clear and rotate next middies
10 Min Man Up vs Man Down
30 Min 6 v 6
  • Cabrini phases 1) for defense, 2) for offense run a play
