Time Drill Information
1:00 to 1:20 Star passing

Star Passing

  • Make sure girls are catching and throwing on the run
  • Have several balls at each cone, girls in the back chase
1:20 to 1:30 London Bridge Drill

  • low, scoop through, protect stick
  • 1 person is ground ball, 2nd person builds bridge, for person to go under, 3rd person tries to stick check
