Time Drill
5 Min Active Stretching
10 Min Hogan Pace of Practice Passing Drills

Goal is to get a ton of touches with a high amount of engagement in a short period of time

  • Drill 1:
10 Min Crossfire passing
10 Min 32 Read & Feed
  • 6 people in the drill 4 on offense, 2 on defense, the feeder just feeds and it turns into 3v2
    • Offense: Middie top right, attack at x, a middie and attack top middle stacked
    • Defense: One opposite side crease, one by the attack and middle stacked up
  • Goal is to have the ball handler quickly move the ball off a slide and recovery. Take advantage of a poor slide and recovery
  • There is a window the feeder has to take advantage of
  • Feeder dodges from the top right, feeds a guy popping from X
  • 3 scenarios for offense (attack goes straight down, middie back side pop
  • Offense reacts to defense and passes to the right guy


10 Min Numbers
  • Dark and Light colors (first number offense, second number defense)
  • Switch colors positions


10 Min Stations: Goalies, Faceoffs, Everybody Else
  • Tom: Faceoffs
  • Dave: Goalies
  • Austin:
30 Min 6 v 6 missions 3 phases
  • Offense: 53, 32, 21, 12, 33, 55, 42, princeton, pick and roll/slips, dodge to draw double dump to sliding man
  • Defense: Amigo, Standard, Pinch, Heavy, Camel
