6:00 to 6:15 |
Warmup Keep Away
- Build an area with cones about the size of the top of the box to the mid line
- Have 6 defenders and 5 offense
- Offense keeps the ball away without going out of bounds
- If ball turns over, subtract a defender and add an offense
- Variation: If ball touches ground, turnover

6:15 to 6:20 |
Off Ball Movement Discussion
- 90% of the time you don't have the ball in lacrosse, use your feet to get open, set picks etc

Shooting Drill Slow Break

- No goalie
- 4 lines form box around goal
- Top right person passes down to GLE lower person, that person cuts turns towards X and passes to bottom left
- Top left runs to set pick and top right comes down and gets pass from bottom left and shoots.
- Rotate lines to the left
