10 Min - Face Off Techniques
- Hands on the stick should be shoulder width apart
- Get into athletic stance or knee down about 1 foot from ball, left foot close to the line, right foot a foot behind the ball
- Right Hand Crushes, Left hand is for speed - two choices (low and hard, up and hard)
- Turn your whole body when you crush and power clamp
- Jam - Don't go for the Ball push head with your shaft and shaft rack it out
- Laser - Turn your head sweep the ball out under the clamp
