Time Drill
5 Min Active Stretching
20 Min Full field clear into 6 on 6
  • One team rides
  • One team clears
  • Have 2 goalies in nets
  • have 2 lines of middies at the midline
  • Send in 3 middies per team, goalie clears
  • count 20/10 and go into a quick 6 v 6
  • send in new middies and clear again
5 Min Water
10 Min Scrimmage
