Walk the Line Drill
- Have players line up and be synchronized, walk a line with air saving, top right, top left, bottom right, bottom left
- Make sure second foot moves

- throw ball back and forth catching and releasing as soon as possible
- watch the ball at all times and receive the ball with soft hands
- no snatch or stabbing at the ball, receive it like its an egg

Blind Reaction off the Wall
- Have goalie stand facing a wall
- Someone shoot tennis goalie in ready stance and makes save off wal
- Stand further back to make it easier

Eye Focus Drill
- On concrete bounce a ball and catch while looking straight down
- On concrete bounce slightly off to the side for perf vision
