3v2 to 4v3
- Setup 3 lines of dark and 2 lines of white behind the cage
- Out of bounds up top is the box line
- Coach throws a ball to the dark line
- Defense and Offense play 3v2
- Offense sets up in a triangle with a guy at x
- Once a shot, turnover or goal happens, coach passes the ball to one of the two white players behind
- Then the 3 dark players are on defense and the 4 white players are on offense
- Offense sets up in a box
