2 on 2 Slide Drill

  • 2 Attack and 2 Defense
  • 1 attack end defender at X, 1 attack and defender at the top of the box
  • Attack at X starts with the ball and beats his defender
  • Top defender slides, yells "find one" to tell the other player to get another guy, or they double the ball
